Sometimes, the opposition, as well as the ruling party leaders, are seen accusing the authorities of corruption. Leaders say bureaucracy is at its peak, in the state. He said, "Bureaucracy is at its peak in Bihar. Officials promote corruption and bribery by neglecting government work. Public representatives are humiliated and citizens do not consider them equal. But what about the Government and the Ministers? He has also cornered the government over the arbitrary attitude and corruption of the officials during the session in the Assembly (Bihar Legislative Assembly). Meanwhile, Madan Sahni, a minister in the Bihar government, had also offered to resign as a minister, accusing the officials of arbitrariness. However, his application was not accepted.</p>
